When you join Ivy Dental, we don’t simply sign you up, we treat it as the start of a journey together where we take a proactive approach to giving you healthier teeth for life.

Setting you on the right track to lifelong oral health

At Ivy Dental we take a proactive approach to oral health. So, when you join us, we don’t just do a quick check-up and send you on your way until something goes wrong. Instead, we begin with a consultation where we listen to your wants, needs, and areas of concern.
We ask you how your teeth feel when you eat and speak, and about your confidence in the appearance of your smile. We also do a detailed, 20-point oral health assessment, which includes X-rays and intra-oral photography to assess the health of your teeth and mouth. For example, we look at any existing fillings or dental work, we check if you have any issues with your bite, grinding damage, and we look for any signs of oral cancers.
This can then be used to inform a personalised treatment plan tailored to your current and future needs, designed to minimise future treatment requirements and perfectly maintain your smile.

POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE

Working together for healthier teeth

Following your consultation and oral health assessment, we discuss any health recommendations with you, and together we can decide on a pathway forward to optimise the health and appearance of your teeth and mouth. In the long-term this usually means less need for intervention. We will never do anything without your consent, and we will always work towards a plan that you feel most comfortable with.

Following your initial appointment, we will also give you a report to take home so you don’t have to remember everything we have discussed. It includes an easy-to-read traffic light system, detailing different areas of your oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations.

FEES AND MEMBERSHIP

Helping you take care of your oral health

We aim to make our approach and our fees as accessible as possible. Therefore, we have options for one-off treatments for non-members or membership programmes that provide continuity of care and best-value treatments, as well as features such as access to a global dental accident and emergency scheme. In addition, you can spread the cost of membership with interest free payments over 12 months via our finance provider, Practi, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

At Ivy Dental we are committed to helping everyone who comes to us whenever we can. As a result, we do treat patients who are non-members, fitting them in wherever possible. However, our membership programmes guarantee priority treatment, help you to spread the cost of any procedures, cover the cost of putting processes in place for a healthier smile and long-term wellbeing, and include features such as access to a global dental accident and emergency scheme. Our membership programmes are fundamental to our core ethos of prevention.

Our membership programmes start from as little as £23.82 per month (78p per day), including an array of routine services for no additional cost, as well as preferential rates on additional treatments.

Our Confidence Membership is designed for optimum dental wellbeing and preventative care, including two comprehensive oral health assessments per year with a qualified dental professional, and two annual hygiene appointments for healthy teeth and gums.

At Ivy Dental our membership programmes are designed to optimise your oral health to support overall wellbeing and minimise the need for intervention and the overall cost of dental care. In addition, our membership includes a range of features. For example, our Confidence Membership includes:

You can arrange an initial consultation with the team at Ivy Dental where one of our experienced dental professionals will recommend the best membership to suit your needs.

You can stop your membership with just one month’s notice after the initial period of 12 months. Please see our T&Cs for more details.

We know how distressing a dental emergency can be. We do everything we can to be there for you whenever you need us. Every day we save space in our schedule for member patients who have emergencies, so we can see you on the same day if needed. Our membership programmes also include worldwide 24-hour dental accident and emergency cover through the Global Dental Scheme to support you wherever you are. For patients who are non-members but need a dentist urgently, we will do everything we can to see you as soon as possible – usually within 24 hours.
